Joe L. Mann 84, of West Monroe Louisiana went to be with his heavenly father and loved ones on February 26, 2011. Dad was born in Eros Louisiana. He was an extremely proud veteran of World War II and served with pride in the US Navy aboard the USS Bollinger in the South Pacific. Dad supported his wife and daughters by working at Olin Kraft for 38 years; he also was a board member at the First United Pentecostal Church in West Monroe for 35 years and served as a member for 48 years.
 
Dad is preceded in death by Maw Maw and Paw Paw Mann and Paw Paw and Mamie Copeland; his brothers Elton and Lonnie Mann, Bernard, Harvard and JD Hightower, sister, Edith Head, two son-in-laws Steve Miletello and Bill Ware.
 
Survivors: his wife of 59 years, Mrs. Nellie Mann, daughters Linda Jo and Jerry Sepulvado of Calhoun, Patti and Mike King of Monroe, Mary Ware of Monroe, Gwen Miletello and Jimmy Doggett of West Monroe; sister Louise Fuller of Eros Louisiana. Six grand children Shane and Angie Sepulvado of Calhoun, LA, Brandon and Frances Sepulvado of Dubach, LA, Maria and Scottie Shreve of Downsville, LA, Stephen Paul Miletello of West Monroe, Mariana and Jo Jo King of Monroe, five great grand children Austin, Emma, Nat, Zoey, Samantha and a host of extended family and friends.
 
Pallbearers are Stephen Miletello, Shane and Brandon Sepulvado, Jim Mann, Bobby Butler, Roger Fuller, Robert Russell, Josh Copeland and Marcus Copeland,
 
Honorary Pallbearers are Jay and Jordan Copeland, Chris Copeland, Austin Sepulvado, Colby Nichols, Brad and Greg Wright, Terry Butler, Daryl Rawls, Scottie Shreve. Tim Hatten and Jamie Russell. 
 
 Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday March 1, 2011 at the Pentecostals of the Twin Cities Church in West Monroe, La. with Rev. Fred Foster, Rev. Mark Foster and Mr. Gleason Copeland officiating. Interment will be at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA
 
Visitation will be from 4:30 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
 
Daddy’s girls would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Frank Sartor, Dr. Charles Morgan and Dr. Greg Sampagnaro, for giving us the extra years we had with Daddy, and to Jason and Caroline in SICU at St. Francis Medical Center who took special care of our Daddy.
 
Dad loved to hunt, fish, gardening and just being in the outdoors. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Dad, go with our blessing and rest assure that mom and your girls will see you on the other side.
