Joe Paul DeLoach

Funeral Services for Joe Paul DeLoach, 90, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 28, 2023, at First Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Jon Tellifero and Rev. Chris Winterman officiating. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Friday at the church.

Mr. DeLoach was born October 24, 1932, in Tattnall County Georgia and passed away on July 25, 2023, in Monroe, LA.

Paul was first and foremost a man of God. He was a member of First Methodist Church. He is also a veteran of the United States Army. He loved his family fiercely and especially family gatherings. He enjoyed being outdoors. He found joy in fishing, hunting, and watching his LSU Tigers.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hoyte DeLoach and Olla Mae Ferrell DeLoach; and his sisters, Colleen and Sylvia.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey DeLoach; daughter, Cindy DeLoach Bietz (Roger); sons, Charles DeLoach (Laurence) and Joey DeLoach (Linda); grandchildren, Megan Nolan (John), Morgan Mills, Christopher DeLoach, Jeff Bietz (Tiffany); great grandchildren, Zachary Bietz, James Rawls, Grace DeLoach, Hayden Bietz, Marlow Mills, and Maddie Nolan.

Pallbearers will be James Holloway, Joe Kelly, Jack Armstrong, Mike Walsworth, David Cox, and John Obed.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ed Stinson's Sunday School Class.
