Joe Bill Talley

Graveside services for Joe Bill Talley, 63, of West Monroe, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 2, 2019, at Olla Cemetery with Rev. Bo Prather officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM Saturday at Urania First Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mr. Talley was born on March 13, 1955, to the union of Billy and Ann Talley, and passed away on February 23, 2019. Joe Bill was a barber and car salesman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors, especially at Woolen Lake. He was a registered organ donor and through his donation, he will give two individuals the opportunity of sight through cornea donation.

Mr. Talley was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Talley; sister, Mauri Talley; brother, Kyle Talley; and grandparents, A.N. and Vivian Talley, and W.P. and Edith Nethery.

Survivors include his father, Billy Talley; son, Ben Talley; daughters, Brooke Talley Taylor and husband Jonathan, and Chelsea Talley and fiancé Bobby Coburn, Jr.; grandchildren, McKenna Taylor, Ryland Taylor, Jackson Taylor, Aleah Taylor, Cooper Talley, Jenna Talley, Olivia Talley, Hudson Talley, and Rowyn Coburn; sister, Tamie Edzards and husband Dean of Dallas; and brother, Jason Talley and wife Kristie of Olla.
