JoAnn Livingston

Graveside Services Celebrating the Life of Mrs. JoAnn Livingston, 75, of Monroe, LA, will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Crowville Masonic Cemetery with Rev. William Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Crowville Masonic Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe.

Mrs. Livingston was born June 16, 1948 and went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 1, 2023. She was a member of Crowville Baptist Church.  Mrs. Livingston was the director of Bertha Nelson Training Center in Winnsboro for 41 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Leo Livingston and Eunice Hoover Livingston.

Survivors include her three sisters, Barbara Leggett, Dorothy Burns, and Luna Smith and her husband Rev. William Smith); nieces and nephews, Mike, Mark, Brenda, Keith, Tammy, Danny, Jeff, Brian, Christy and Matthew; special friends, Carolyn Lyles and her husband Leo and Frank Myers; as well as numerous other great-nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Pallbearers will be her nephews.

Memorials may be made to Lakeshore Baptist Church.
