Funeral services for Joan Mary Parker, 76, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 6, 2023, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum. The visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Joan Mary Parker, daughter of Lee Russell Garner and Rose Violet Moss, was born July 25, 1947, in Holly Ridge, Louisiana. She sadly passed away November 30, 2023, at the age of 76 in Monroe, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Landry Parker, brother, Keith Russell Garner, sisters, Brenda Louise Boykin, and Betty Ann Garner.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Holly Cooper Hughes, and Kris Huggins; sisters, Mae Bell Perry, Sandra McDaniel, and Alicia Harper; She is also survived by stepdaughters, Rebecca and Elizabeth Parker; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. 

Pallbearers will be Josh Huggins, Rusty Garner, Jeff Boykin, Randal McDaniel, Justin Boykin, Raymond McDaniel, Jimmy Wyrick, and Shaun Harper.
