Funeral Services for Jerry Dale Smead Jr., 48, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 2, 2012 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA with Roger and Renee Baker officiating.  Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, LA.  Dale was born on January 30, 1964 in Santa Cruz, CA and passed away on February 29, 2012 in West Monroe, LA.  He loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing.  He was employed with Acme Glass and Mirror for 20 years. Dale is preceded in death by his daughter, Courtney Nicole Smead.Survivors include his children, Jessica Smead Reppond, and Allen Dakota Smead; parents, Jerry Dale Sr. and Shirley Smead; grandmother, Ethel Ray; grandchildren, Cameryn and Addyson Reppond; sisters, Sherry Stafford and Genie Guthrie; brother, Dave Smead and numerous nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be David Blake, Shane Eulene, Doug Spillers, Greg Chrisman, Julius Ray, D.J. Smead, Richard Kelly Sr. and Junior Woodall. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
