Jefferson Levi Cook

Services for Jefferson Levi Cook, 91 of Rayville will be 11:15AM Monday, June 4, 2018 at the Rayville United Methodist Church with Bro. John Kavanaugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Rayville, LA.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Watson and Hattie Kerr Cook and brother, A. K. Cook.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Tommie Cook of Rayville; son, Douglas Cook and wife Donna of Monroe; three grandchildren, Levi Douglas Cook, Audera Layne Roland and Frank Maxwell Cook; two sisters, Armilda Beard of Maryland and Francis Ford of Springhill, LA; brother, Tom Cook of Jonesboro, LA; and numerous other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Levi Cook, Frank Maxwell Cook, Taylor Cheney, Layne Cook Rolland, Chris Dupont, and Earl Lawson. Honorary pallbearers will be Betty Patrick and Jan Ross.

Visitation will be 10:30AM until service time at the church.
