Services for Jane Merrill Siddon, 92 will be at 11:00AM Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Peter Kauligowski officiating. Burial will be in the Providence Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Winnsboro.Jane was born on April 5, 1923 in Pascagoula, Miss and passed from this life on September 13, 2015 in Winnsboro. She retired from the LSU Horticulture Dept, an avid LSU fan, loved entertaining, dancing, cooking, and traveling. She was an Eucharistic minister at her parish church, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court Wenatchee in Wenatchee, WA, and retired State Employees Association in Baton Rouge, LA.She was greeted in Heaven by her mother-Hazel Marioneaux Metzger; father-Tracy Burns (Pop) Merrill; sisters-Gloria Merrill and Betty Merrill Lewis; brother-James Henry (Jim) Merrill; husband-Thomas Lee Siddon; son-James Edward (Bubba) Smith; son-in-law-Jerry Don Williams; granddaughter-Barbara (Kitt) Smith Hefner; and great great granddaughter-Anna Michael Gwin. She is survived by Gloria Williams of Winnsboro; son-Ricky Merrill Smith and wife Elaine of Zachery; daughter-in-law-Pat Smith of Baton Rouge; brothers-Thomas Merrill and wife Shirley of Monroe, Milton (Mac) Merrill and wife Pam of Colorado, and Walter Jack Merrill of Houston, TX; grandchildren-Lisa Williams Gwin, Curtis Williams, Tracey Williams all of Winnsboro, Ashley Smith McDonner and Brittany Smith Jumonville of Baton Rouge, Miki Smith Buller of Forest Hill,and Mandie Smith Agazzi of Jackson, LA; 19 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.Pallbearers will be Christopher Williams, Cody Williams, Tyler Gwin, Hunter Joubert, Austin McGrew, and Paul Lewis.
