Mr. White was born December 2, 1945, in Mansfield, LA, and passed away November 24, 2021, at his home in Monroe, LA. Mr. White was actively involved in the recovery community and his church.
Mr. White was preceded in death by his sister, Rosemary, and parents, James and Lillie Rae White.
Survivors include his sons, Marc and William Phillips; nieces, Amy Massingale and Emily Dorch; grandnephew, Hudson James Hassler; and grandnieces, Helena Hassler and Dakota Dorch.
