James Anderson Braswell

Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Mr. James Anderson Braswell, 76, of Houston, TX, will be held at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, May 27, 2017 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA with Dr. Larry Dean officiating. Interment will follow in Acree Cemetery in Point, LA.

Mr. Braswell was born October 31, 1940 in Wisner, LA to Lige Anderson and Bernice Bridges Braswell, and passed away May 21, 2017. He was a member of Tallowood Baptist Church in Houston, TX. Mr. Braswell was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Barbara Braswell and Jeanette Braswell Gilbert; and brother, Lige Anderson Braswell.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Kay Pardue Braswell; son, James Anderson Braswell, Jr.; daughter, Julie Braswell Hickman; granddaughter, Addison Hickman; and grandson, Blake Hickman.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until service time on Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
