Howard Lee Shepherd

Funeral Services for Howard Lee Shepherd, 29, of Collinston, LA, will be held at 10:30 A.M., Friday, May 29, 2020, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA, with Dr. Greg Clark officiating. Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Friday at Shanks Cemetery in Richland Parish, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until service time on Friday.

Howard Lee Shepherd was born July 7, 1990 and passed away May 24, 2020. He enjoyed racing and laying flooring was his passion, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Paige Shepherd; grandfather, Jackie McGurk; grandmother, Ruby Shepherd; father, Howard Cornelius Shepherd; and mother, Tonya Shepherd.

Survivors include his wife, Brittany McClain Shepherd; children, Brentley Shepherd and Breeley McClain; stepdaughter, Hailey McClain; sisters, Kansas Shepherd of Rayville, LA, and Skyler Wright and husband Austin of West Monroe, LA; grandmothers, Diane McGurk and Linda Hamilton; niece, Kansley Nolan; and nephew, Justin Nolan.

Pallbearers will be Toby Trichel, Chris Ellis, Jeremy Moore, Derick McKenzie, Daniel Holloway and Steve Sweat.
