Horace Raymond Guin

Services for Horace Raymond Guin, age 87, of Newellton, LA, will be at 12:00 P.M., on Sunday, June 26th at the St. Joseph Church of Christ in St. Joseph, LA with Stan Fortenberry officiating.  Burial will follow in Legion Memorial Cemetery near Newellton, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.   
Mr. Guin passed away June 23rd 2011 at St. Francis Medical Center.  Mr.  Guin was a member of the St. Joseph Church of Christ.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Ransbottom Guin, and sons, Timothy Roy Guin and Kenneth Austin Guin.   
Survivors include his sister Bonita Martin of Winnfield, LA, son Raymond Horace Guin Sr., of Newellton, LA.  Grandchildren, Ruth Ann Guin-Adkins of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Raymond Horace Guin Jr., of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Sarah Rene' Guin-Salazar of of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and William Stacy Guin of Haskell, Arkansas.  Great Grandchildren are Morgan-Ruth Harrell, Isabella Elizabeth Guin-Salazar, Logan Rene' Guin-Adkins, Kiana Danielle Guin-Adkins, Keegan Bryce Guin-Adkins, Ronan Kai Guin-Adkins, Kristopher Andrew Earwood, Timothy Eugene Guin, Anita Marie Guin, Nathanial Dewayne Guin, Dylan Scott Guin and Ciera Renee Guin. 
Visitation is at the St. Joseph Church of Christ in St. Joseph, Louisiana from 4:00-6:00 on Saturday June 25th, 2011.
