Holly Elizabeth Mulhearn Robertson

Funeral services for Holly Elizabeth Mulhearn Robertson, 46, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 5, 2017, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA, with Rev. Job Edathinatt officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at the funeral home.

Holly was born September 12, 1970, with a smile on her face that she never lost. She passed away April 1, 2017, peacefully in her sleep from complications of COPD.

Holly graduated with honors from St. Frederick High School. She earned a degree in Mortuary Science from the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science and joined her father in the family business. Holly returned to college and earned a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters in Criminal Justice from ULM. She was a licensed addiction counselor and was loved by her clients.

Those left to mourn her are husband, Bobby Johnston; sons, Hunter Robertson and Jonah Mulhearn; parents, Nancy and Joseph Mulhearn, Sr.; brother, Joseph “Joey” Mulhearn, Jr.; special aunt and uncle, KaSaundra and Carl Harris; Rev. and Mrs. Terry Johnson; and several cousins, especially, Bryan Fincher.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marie and Tom Mulhearn, Sr., and Carmen and Ben Lide.

Holly was a devoted mother and her boys were her heart.

We will miss that eternal smile and infectious laugh.

Pallbearers are Bryan Fincher, John Daniel, Sal Petito, Michael Ward, Frankie Joseph and Trey Reese. Honorary pallbearers are Brandon Bell, Dylan Woosley and Hunter Cherene.
