Dr. Henry Steven Donald

Graveside services celebrating the life of Dr. Henry Steven Donald, 85, of Calhoun, Louisiana, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Alabama Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Choudrant Louisiana, with Rev. George Worthen officiating. 

Dr. Henry Steven Donald was born February 1, 1940, in Ruston, LA and passed away on February 19, 2025. He grew up on the Donald family farm in Lincoln Parish. He was a graduate of Downsville High School, Louisiana Tech, and the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry. 

Dr. Donald practiced dentistry in West Monroe for over fifty years. He loved hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his family in the great outdoors. He will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death are his beloved wife, Brenda Calhoun Donald; and parents, Henry Maurice and Florence Brashear Donald.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kathy Donald Hinton; sons, Dr. Lance Donald and wife, Marcia, Dr. D.J. Donald and Steven Donald; sister, Marcia Donald Snodgrass and husband, Pat; niece, Sarah Snodgrass Bowe and husband, Brian; grandchildren, Hunter Hinton and wife, Rebecca, Daniel Hinton, Katelyn Donald, Connor Donald; great grandchildren, Hugh Hinton and Holland Hinton; and last but certainly not least, his faithful Jack Russell Terrier, Beaux.
