Funeral Services for Mrs. Hazel Estelle Holzem, 88, of West Monroe, LA will be held 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe with Rev. Danny McIlveene and grandson Rev. Scott Swanson officiating. Hazel was born November 5, 1927 and passed away June 19, 2016. She was a member of Community Baptist Church in West Monroe and was a devoted Christian. She is preceded in death by husband, Harvey H. Holzem; and sons, Thomas and David Holzem.Survivors include her sons, John Holzem and wife Margaret, and Paul Holzem; daughters, Barbara Everett and Jeanne Swanson; grandchildren, Scott Swanson and wife Dorene, Robb Swanson and wife Lisa, Richie Wedrall and wife Angie, Danny Wedrall and wife Jana, Angela Swanson, Stephanie Swanson-Smith and Husband Charles, and Ashley Holzem; and 18 great grandchildren.Pallbearers will be John Holzem, Paul Holzem, Richie Wedrall, Danny Wedrall, Casey Wedrall, Ryne Wedrall and Spencer Swanson. Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until service time on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
