Hallie Ouida Perkins

Graveside Services for Mrs. Hallie Ouida Perkins, 80 of Pioneer, LA will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe with Chaplin Derek Williams officiating. Interment to follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Rayville.

Mrs. Perkins was a homemaker, and passed away on September 10, 2017. She was a member of Lea Joyner Memorial United Methodist Church in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Raymond Perkins, daughter, Angelia Foreman, 3 sisters; JoAnn Patrick, Shirley DeLoach, and Bonnie Peters, brother, Pete DeLoach, and parents; James and Edna Yates DeLoach.

Survivors include: nieces; Tonya Pruitt of California, Christy DeLoach, and Tamey DeLoach, both of Sulphur, LA., nephews; Kenny Roach, and Harold DeLoach, both of Sulphur, LA., and James Copes and wife Laurie of Pioneer, LA., step-son, Gary Perkins and wife Jackie of West Monroe, step-daughter, Rhonda Gail James and husband Ron of McKinney, TX, and brother Harold DeLoach of Sulphur, LA.

Visitation will be from 9:30 AM till time of service on Wednesday, September 13th at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe.
