Glenn Jones Bundy

Funeral service for Glenn Jones Bundy, 93, of Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, June 8, 2015, at the Ambassador Baptist Church in Monroe, with Rev. Norman Bryant and Rev. Jeremiah Andrews officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mr. Bundy passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015, at Azalea Estates in Monroe. Mr. Bundy was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a member of Rowland Road Baptist Church. Mr. Bundy was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Rose Bundy; son, Dwain Bundy; parents, Earl and Bessie Bundy; and five brothers and four sisters. Survivors include his daughter-in-law, Betty Bundy of Monroe; grandson, Rodney Bundy and wife Jennifer of West Monroe; grandson, Brian Bundy and wife Apryl of Bossier; grandson, Seth Bundy and wife Ambi; and great grandchildren, Shelby Knighten, Kaleb Bundy, Kade Bundy, all of West Monroe, and Hudson Bundy of Bossier.Pallbearers will be Thomas Jordan, Wesley Johnson, David Murphy, James McLemore, Jimmy McLemore, and Talion Talley. Honorary pallbearer will be Don Talley.Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, June 7, 2015, at the funeral home.
