Gladys Marie Hollis

Gladys Marie Pritchard Hollis went to be with her Lord on April 5, 2015. She was a faithful member of the Lord’s Church. She attended the Claiborne Church of Christ in West Monroe, LA, where she will be greatly missed. She was born on September 29, 1936 in Bogalusa, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Lee Hollis, Sr., her daughter Penny Marie Hollis Freeland, her father and mother, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers. Survivors include: One son, Johnnie Lee Hollis, Jr. and wife Kathy, one son-in-law, Tommy Dale Freeland, two grandchildren, Erica Freeland Henderson and husband Matt, and Johnnie Lee Hollis III, and one great grandchild, Hayden Henderson all of Rayville, and a host of other family and friends. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Claiborne Church of Christ in West Monroe, with Bro. Floyd Harris, Jr. and Bro. Al Felder officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Rayville. Pallbearers are: Todd Risinger, DeWayne Snow, Caleb Harris, DeWayne Mosley, Joe Polhahamous, and Ozzy Carbonell. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday April 7th at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Rayville.
