Geraldine "Jerri" Ramsey

Private family graveside services for Mrs. Geraldine “Jerri” Ramsey, 85, of West Monroe, LA, will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020, in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA, with Rev. Gordon “Skip” Dean officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Ramsey was born on July 4, 1935 and passed away on November 9, 2020. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Ramsey retired from Central Bank and also ULM. Jerri was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Her husband Jimmy has been the most wonderful, loving caregiver to his beloved wife. Jerri and Jimmy were married for 67 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Ruth Moore; brothers, Gene, Ernest, and Wayne Moore; sisters, Imogene Harrell, Bonnie Upshaw, Claudine McLeod; and her aunt, Doris Doyle.

She is survived by her beautiful family that includes her husband, Jimmy Ramsey; son, Kenneth Ramsey and wife Stella; daughter, Pam Kitchens and husband Chris; grandchildren, Greg Ramsey and wife Nicole, Chris Ramsey, Jeff McManus and special friend Dianna; Ashley Kitchens, and Allison Kitchens; great grandchildren, Braelynn Ramsey, Austin Ramsey, Caleb Ramsey, Lane McManus and Tanner; brother, Ray Moore; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
