George I. Petch, Sr.Funeral services for George I. Petch, Sr., 74, formerly of Rogers, Arkansas now of West Monroe, will be held at 2:30 PM, Saturday, February 28, 2015, in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe, with Brother Gerald Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mr. Petch passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at his residence.Mr. Petch retired from MoorMan Manufacturing after 26 years of employment. He was self-employed afterward in Rogers, Arkansas, where he lived for 25 years. Mr. Petch was preceded in death by his parents, Edith and Joseph Petch, and his sister, Margaret Gentry. Survivors include the mother of his children, Ella Sue Petch; his children, David Petch and wife Sharon; George I. Petch, Jr.; Melinda Kay Wycoff and husband Craig; Tammy Esswein and husband Tim; and Terri Jenkins and husband Vance; eight grandchildren; siblings, Jane Sullivan; Jerry Petch and Joe Allen Petch; and numerous other nieces, nephews and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Clinton Wycoff, Matthew Petch, Jacob Petch, Randall Jenkins, Jonathan Jenkins and Colby Petch. Honorary pallbearers will be John Birdsong, Jr., James Simmons and Harold Snowden.
