Gary L. Webb

Gary L. Webb, age 64, of Louisiana, passed away on April 8, 2025. He was born on August 11, 1960, in El Dorado, Arkansas.

A Licensed General Contractor in the State of Louisiana, Gary was the proud founder and owner of Action Services, which he established in 1983. His company specialized in fire and disaster restoration, home remodeling, and home inspections. Gary was deeply committed to his craft and found joy and fulfillment in the process of transforming and restoring homes. He was known for his meticulous attention to detail and took great pride in the quality of his work.

Beyond his professional life, Gary was a master craftsman and an equally talented storyteller. He had a natural gift for drawing people in with his tales, often told with a warm smile and a twinkle in his eye. He was also an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and gathering with friends and family for fish fries and good conversation.

Gary was preceded in death by his mother, Lou Ellen Risinger Webb.

He is survived by his beloved son, Zach Webb; his father, James O. Webb; sisters, Lynda Webb-Smith and Mitzie Hammons; brother, Randy Webb; niece, Candace Hammons; and nephew, Taylor Hammons. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate Gary’s life.
