Freddie R. Curry
Funeral services for Mr. Freddie R. Curry of Monroe will be 2pm Monday, November 18, 2019 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro with Rev. William Smith and Bro. John Dowd officiating. Interment will follow at Crowville Masonic Cemetery near Crowville under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro. Visitation will be 6:00pm until 8:00pm Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the funeral home.
Mr. Curry loved hunting, fishing, photography and was an avid sportsman and outdoorsman. He was proud of his time spent at Washington D.C. working at the White House and surrounding areas. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all who met him.
Mr. Curry is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Dora Curry; one infant son; his first wife, Nina A. Curry; two brothers, Marion Curry and W. E. Curry; and one sister, Eudotsie Williams.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Dorothy L. Curry of Monroe; his children, Johnny Lynn Curry and wife, Deborah of West Monroe, Leo Curry of Savannah, GA, Richard Curry and wife, Flory of West Monroe, James Chrisulis of Oak Ridge, and Andrew Chrisulis and wife, Patricia of Winnsboro; two sisters, Beulah Mae Boone of FL and Genevieve Graham of Murfreesboro, TN; two grandchildren, Heather and Christopher Curry, one great-grandson, Gregory Curry; also survived by a host of other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Andy Curry, James Curry, William Curry, Buddy Curry, and Andrew Chrisulis, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Roys Myers and Vernon Guy.
