Friday, September 4, 2015 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens Cemetery, Baton Rouge, LA. Fred W. Drury was born December 27, 1939 in Williamsburg, Iowa and passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 30, 2015, in West Monroe, LA. He was a Master Gardener, baseball coach, cowboy, equipment broker, gourmet cook, outdoorsman, father, and friend. Fred is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Sims Drury and his parents, Francis A. “Duke” and Helen Drury, and brother- in- law, Bobby Allen.Survivors include his children, Todd and Melanie Drury of Alexandria, LA, Paige and Stan Alost of Athens, OH, and Will Drury of Athens, OH; grandchildren, Blake and Lindsey Drury and Christopher and Mary Paige Alost; siblings, Frances (Tommy) Hamilton, Betty Allen, Mike (Anne) Drury, and Linda (Bill) Brackman.
