Frankie Dean Hollis

Funeral Services for Frankie Dean Hollis, 65, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, February 18, 2024, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Waylon McCormick officiating. Interment will follow in Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service on Sunday.            

Frankie was born October 28, 1958, in Monroe, LA, to H.V. and Barbara Hollis and passed away February 12, 2024, in West Monroe, LA.

Frankie loved sports but racquetball had a special place in his heart. As much as he adored the game, he adored his teammates more. Frankie was a family man and enjoyed every minute with them. He was excellent at woodworking. Frankie had a positive outlook on life and was loved by all that knew him. To know Frankie for any amount of time was to know his love for his savior. His walk with Christ was not only necessary but was unquestionable.

He was preceded in death by his parents, H.V. and Barbara Hollis; his brother, Jackie Hollis; and his sister, Tammie Hollis Zerko.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Patty Hollis; daughter, Stacey Huddleston and her husband, Dale; daughter, April Hollis; son, Bobby Wright; grandchildren, David Turner, Noah Turner, Duncan McFarlin, Londan Townsend, Aubry Townsend, and Willow Craig Wright; great grandchild, Griffin Turner; siblings, Kathy Middleton and her husband, Jessi, Jimmie Hollis and his wife, Cindy, Sandy Stansbury and her husband, Jerry Ray, Keith Hollis and his wife, Julie, Chris Hollis and his wife, Paula; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.

Pallbearers will be JJ Hollis, Justin Hollis, Jacob Hollis, Jason Hollis, Bubba Waggoner, and Todd Robinson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be his Racquetball teammates.
