Private Family Service will be held for Mrs. Frances Valentine Smith, 80, of West Monroe, LA at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. John Moden officiating, interment to follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, service or under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Monroe.
Mrs. Smith was a member of Faith United Methodist Church West Monroe, and a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School was a retired Administrative Assistant of the Arkansas Louisiana Missouri Railroad.
She was preceded in death by her parents Glover Valentine and Winnie Fox Valentine, her husband Curtis Carl Smith. She is survived by her daughter Angylyn S. Swanson and her husband David, son Stephen Carl Smith and his wife Sharon, a sister Anna V. McGowen, four grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
