Frances Lorraine Aycock Adcock

Frances Lorraine Aycock Adcock died peacefully Monday, January 14, 2019, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is survived by her daughter, Jean Anne (Jan) and husband Paul Melton; grandsons and their wives, Christina and Jamar Melton, Britt and Andy Melton; great grandsons, Jack, Anders, Wils and Charlie Melton; sister-in-law, Jeanette Aycock; and cousin, Charlotte Ann Sims. She loved her niece, nephews, and family members of all ages.
Preceded in death by her husband, Jamar William Adcock; parents, Martha Modelle and James Rayborn Aycock; brother, James G. Aycock; and cousin, Jean Christian.
Frances adored her grandchildren and cherished time spent with them. She loved life and never shied away from new challenges. Her commitment to her church and community was well known and appreciated. A private funeral will be held.
