Floyd Richardson

Services for Mr. Floyd Richardson, 90 of Winnsboro, will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 9, 2016 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro, with Bro. Karl Huff officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

Mr. Richardson enjoyed mowing, and working in his garden. He was a retired paint foreman for the highway department, and was a member and song leader for 55 + years at the Church of Christ in Winnsboro. He was preceded in death by his parents; William and Mary Roberts Richardson, sister; Cholre Smith and husband Willie L., and Earlene Bruce and husband W. H. and brother, Jessie Richardson.

Survivors include: Wife of 66 years, Margarite Pippins Richardson, sister-in-law, Barbara West of Winnsboro, sister, Mary Lea Gates of West Monroe, brother, Huey Richardson of West Monroe, brother-in-law, J. D. Pippins and wife Maxine of Monroe, and sister-in-law, Kay Richardson of Winnsboro.

Pallbearers are: Jason Pippins, Michael Wells, Josh Muckelrath, Jackie Muckelrath, Charles Ray Goodman, and Wayne Bruce.

Honorary Pallbearers are the men of Winnsboro Church of Christ.

Visitation will be from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
