Ernest Wyatt Liggin, III

Funeral services celebrating the life of Ernest Wyatt Liggin, III, 57 of Winnsboro, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 25, 2017, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Mickey Gallup officiating. Interment will be in Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens.

Wyatt arrived in this world on December 26, 1959, to make his mark on our hearts and departed on August 22, 2017, to go back home to his heavenly Father.

Wyatt attended Oak Grove Baptist Church in Winnsboro and was employed at Graphic Packaging in Logistics and Shipping for 30+ years. He loved music and enjoyed karaoke with his wife and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Wyatt Liggin, Jr. and Jessie L. Foster; and his grandparents, Jess and Allie Mae Ezell.

Survivors: his wife, Stacie E. Liggin; Children, Joshua Liggin and Ashley Liggin; Step-children, Joshua Hitt, Cydnei Austin and Matilyn Austin; Grandchildren, Hailee Hatten, Landon Scarbrough (Walter), Madison Walter, Brooklyn Hitt, Austin Liggin, KyliAnn Grey, Stone Grey, Rory Grey and one on the way; Sisters, Brenda Liggin Viator, and Dixie Chapman (Richie); Brother, Sammy Liggin (Susan); Sister-in-law, Debbie Miller (Fred); and Brother-in-law, John Ellerman.

Pallbearers will be Jim Comens, Bob Jones, John Ellerman, Jeremy Martin, Sam Liggin, Jr. and Mike Jordan.

Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, August 24, 2017, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
