Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Tillman Ellerbe, 95, of Monroe, will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 27, 2010, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Ellerbe passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010, at St. Francis Medical Center. She was a member of North Monroe Baptist Church and an avid bridge player.
Mrs. Ellerbe was preceded in death by her husband, William Lee Ellerbe; brother, J. C. Tillman; and sisters, Sybil Johnson, Carolyn Howard, and Myrtis Reese.
Survivors include her nephew, Michael Boykin; niece, Claudia Banks; grandchildren, Chelsea Boykin, Leslie Clark, and Allison Austin; and six great grandchildren, Garrett Austin, Emily Austin, James Clark, Caroline Clark, Rachel Clark, and Adam Clark.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 PM until service time at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
