Elaine Brown Stovall

Graveside Services for Mrs. Elaine Stovall, 71, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, October 12, 2017, at Zavalla Cemetery, Zavalla, TX, with her cousin Rev. Roger Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at Zavalla Cemetery, under the direction of Gipson Funeral Home, Lufkin, TX.

Mrs. Stovall was born November 11, 1945 and passed away on October 8, 2017. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God. Mrs. Stovall was a resident of Rosemont Assisted Living for the past 5 years where she had many friends and a wonderful staff. She loved to socialize with everyone. Mrs. Stovall is preceded in death by her husbands, Dan Stovall and Roy Wright; parents, Donald and Gertrude Brown; sisters, Billie Nerren, Earlene Mayfield and Donna Harris.

Survivors include her son, Darrell Wright and wife Breanna; stepsons, Steven Stovall and wife Shelley and John Stovall; sisters, Cheryl Tittle and husband Bill, Doris Roebuck and husband Frank, Nelda Martin, Lynne Knippers and husband Walker; grandchildren, Colton and Payton Wright and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also survived by a special nephew, Barry Harris.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of Rosemont Assisted Living for the care of Mrs. Stovall.
