Graveside Funeral Service for Mrs. Dorothy Faye Martin Simmons, 83, of Plano, TX, will be 2:00PM Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at Fort Necessity Baptist Church Cemetery with Rex Barker officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
Mrs. Simmons was born July 10, 1936 and went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 10, 2019. She was a retired schoolteacher, beloved sister, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Simmons always showed consistent toughness and an unconditional love.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Geraldine Martin; brothers, David Martin and JC Martin; sister, Janet Smith.
Survivors include five brothers and four sisters, children, Randy Simmons and wife Sherri, Ron Simmons and wife Lisa, Rena Graver and husband Dave, Ricky Simmons and wife Dana; seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
