Mrs. Dorothy Ruth Hamner Barker, 83, of West Monroe, LA was born on August 28, 1932 in Shreveport, LA and passed away on July 8, 2016 in West Monroe, LA.Mrs. Barker served as Director of the Ouachita Valley Public Library in West Monroe, LA. She made many friends through the library and loved the community that she lived in. Mrs. Barker is preceded in death by her husband, John W.
