Dorothy Faye Anderson

Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Faye Anderson, 86, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 14, 2018, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Gordon “Skip” Dean officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Calhoun, LA.

Mrs. Anderson was born July 22, 1932, and passed away December 12, 2018. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church since 1958 and she retired in 1997 from Swanson Center for Youth after 28 years.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, William “Bob” Anderson; children, Debby Hutton and husband Bill, Bobby Anderson and wife Sharon, and Steve Anderson and wife Shay; grandchildren, Chris Young and wife Michelle, Cory Young and wife Ava, David Anderson, Richard Anderson, Ty Anderson and wife Chelsea, and Alli Anderson.

Mrs. Anderson’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Thursday, December 13, 2018, at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to the Gideons International or to the Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana.
