Doris Elizabeth Trichel

A Memorial Gathering of Family and Friends for Miss Doris Elizabeth Trichel, 83, of Monroe, LA, will be from 5:00 PM until 7:30 PM, Monday, November 25, 2024, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.

Miss Trichel was born September 18, 1941, and passed away on November 17, 2024. She retired from the Ouachita Parish School System. She taught first grade at Lenwil Elementary School. Miss Trichel was an avid reader, loved gardening and enjoyed hosting family events. She was loving, caring, and took care of her parents in their later lives. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Vance and Ida Mae Dorthlon Trichel; and brother, Jim Trichel.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her siblings, Ora Duncan, Bobbie Cook, Britt Trichel and wife Sharon, and Terry Trichel; sister-in-law, Betty Trichel; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many special friends.
