Doris Jean SwiftMulhearn Funeral HomeWest Monroe, LA Funeral Services for Mrs. Doris Jean Swift, 82, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Fair Park Baptist Church in West Monroe with Rev. Waymond Warren officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Mrs. Swift was born February 7, 1933 and passed away August 9, 2015. Survivors include her sons, Douglas “Bud” Brown and Carrie E. Brooks, Kenneth Brown and wife Jennifer F., James A. Brown, and Keith Brown and wife Lela; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.The sons would like to give special recognition to Mrs. Swift’s grandson, Ryan Brown, for his devoted care of their mother during her time of illness.
