Dennis (Denny) Alan Lowrey, Jr.

Funeral services for Dennis Alan Lowrey, Jr., 29, of Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, March 2, 2012, at New Light Baptist Church with Rev. Lindle Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at New Light Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Denny was born in Monroe on October 30, 1982 and passed away Monday, February 27, 2012. Denny was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Lynn Porter, grandfather, David Berwick, and brother, Wesley Phillips. Survivors include his mother, Gloria Porter Lowrey; father, Dennis Alan Lowrey, Sr. and wife Tracy; his children’s mother, Kristin Washington; son, Rydder Lowrey; daughter to be, Maree Kaylyn; son, Caden Lowrey; and three brothers, Brandon and Chad Lowrey, and Justin Phillips. Pallbearers will be Christopher Porter, Sr., John Sterdavent, Jr., Jeffery Lowrey, Darrel Porter, Bubba Porter, and Frank Wilson.
