Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA.Scotty passed away August 24, 2014. He loved his wife and children. Scotty also had a passion and love for his motorcycle, carpentry, skateboarding and anything with a motor. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Benson; children, Madison and Preston Bernice; mother, Elaine Fuller and husband, Chain; brother, Chad Atkins and wife, Rachael; sisters, Kristan Roberts and husband, Paul, and Nikki Shelburne and husband, David; grandmother, Mary Nelson; mother and father-in-law, Dana and Douglas Benson; numerous nieces and nephews; and his motorcycle brothers and sisters.Pallbearers will be Chad Atkins, David Acree, Steven Taylor, Luke Osborn, Red (Set Hut) Walker, Mark Roper, Jason Benson, Matt Concelli, Paul Roberts and Doug Angell.
