Graveside service for Ms. Darla Ann Rawls Phillips, 63, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Ricky Baker officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe.
Ms. Phillips was born on August 15, 1957, in Monroe and passed away on August 17, 2020, in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her father, William Miller.
Survivors include her mother, Elizabeth Ann Miller; children, Ashley William Phillips and wife Donna, Christopher Phillips, Joshua Phillips, Douglas Feazel Potter; sister, Kim Pinton and husband Monty; special cousin, Clara Hagan and husband David; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles and other cousins.
