Connie Florine Hancock

Funeral services celebrating the life of Connie Florine Hancock, 81, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday, July16, 2019 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Eugene Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Hasley Cemetery.

Connie was born on September 8, 1937 in Point Wilhite, LA and passed away on July 12, 2019. She was a member of First Assembly of God in West Monroe. Connie had a green thumb, and enjoyed spending time in her garden and tending to her flowers and making floral arrangements.

She is survived by her daughter, Melinda Keirsey and husband Arnold; sons, Jay Barber, Todd Hancock, and Kyle Hancock; grandchildren, Jason Barber and wife Jessica, Dustin Barber and wife Chasity, Brandi Hodges and husband Robbie, Erica Sanchez and husband Jesse, Cody Moak and wife Rachel, Katie Welch and husband Jarod, Courtney McKee and husband Jacob, Chelsea Cardin and husband James; 18 great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.

Pallbearers will be Jason Barber, Dustin Barber, Cody Moak, Robbie Hodges, Jesse Sanchez, Jarod Welch and James Cardin

Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Monday, July 15, 2019 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
