Clinton Houston Williams

Graveside Services Celebrating the Life of Mr. Clinton Houston Williams, 82, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, September 23, 2020 in the Mausoleum Chapel of Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA, with Pastor Ken Hofler officiating. Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Williams was born on November 18, 1937 and passed away on September 16, 2020.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until Service Time on Wednesday in the mausoleum chapel.

Mr. Williams was a true believer in God. He loved going to church and talking about the Bible. Some of his favorite things were birds, flowers, and the trees. He commented many times that only God could create such beauty. He is now in Heaven with his loved ones and Jesus, and finally knows the answer to the song “I Can Only Imagine”.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Houston Williams and Susan Iberia Young Williams; wife, Mary Ruth Monnin Williams; siblings, Rita Jean Williams, Willie Williams, Melvin Williams, Lenora Williams Hoss; and son, Adam DeWayne Williams.

Mr. Williams is survived by his children, Ida Lawana “Wanda" Bruffett, Beverly Kay Freeman, Tonyia Tonore, Tafta Sauseda; stepchildren, Lisa Grannon, Daniel Stewart, Patricia Jackson, Wanda Vallery, Ricky Stewart, Danny Stewart; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
