Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Mr. Christopher Alex “No Nav’ Chambless, 42, of Monroe, LA, will be 10:00 AM Monday, December 18, 2023, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe with Rev. Jeff “Preacher” Eagle and Rev. Den Hussey officiating. Interment will follow with Military Honors at the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Rayville.
Christopher was born October 3, 1981 and passed away on December 11, 2023. He graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in 2000. Christopher enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after high school. He then enlisted in the Army National Guard. Christopher enjoyed riding motorcycles, spending time with friends and family, but more importantly spending time with his children. He was a gun enthusiast. Christopher was a Pittsburg Steelers fan, #12 Bradshaw. He was known for his laugh and always making folks laugh. Christopher always had a smile on his face.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Jamie Leigh Chambless; brother, Michael Chambless; grandparents, Marvin and Lilly Bell Chambless; and uncle, Russell Fox, Jr.
Survivors include his five children, Chloe Chambless, Gage Chambless, Marcus Chambless, Ava Chambless, and Audrey Chambless; stepdaughter, Aubrey Garner; mother, Patsy Magee and her husband, Chief Master Sergeant Wayne Magee, USAF, Retired; father, Perry Chambless and wife Jackie; sister, Sherry Acree and husband Eric; brother, Todd Chambless and wife Sarah; cousin, Benny Fox; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
Pallbearers will be Kevin “Bomber” Webb, Ronnie “Dozer” Holcomb, Randy “Gunner” Franks, Gale “Loner” Rogers, Brandon “Spark” Seamans, and Joey “SlowPoke” Muirhead. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry “Rooster” McCoy, and Ron “HellRaiser” Long.
A trust fund has been set up for his children, memorial donations may be made to Ouachita Valley Federal Credit Union.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.
