Christine Inzina Feltri

Funeral services for Christine Inzina Feltri, 85, a homemaker and retired office secretary, will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Fr. James Dominic Thekkemury officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until service time Wednesday at the mausoleum chapel.

Mrs. Feltri was born in Monroe, LA, August 18, 1933, and died Friday, November 23, 2018, at her residence. She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and was a Salutatorian of her 1951 graduation class at St. Matthew High School. She was a graduate of Monroe Commercial School and for a time was a student/novice at the Motherhouse of the Daughters of the Cross, Shreveport, LA.

Mrs. Feltri was preceded in death by her parents, Carl, Sr. and Flora Rhodes Inzina; and two younger brothers, Joseph L. Inzina and Carl Inzina, Jr.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, G. Tony Feltri; one son, Joseph Robert Feltri, both of Monroe; a nephew, Joseph Vincent Feltri and wife Sue; and two great-nieces, Samantha Elizabeth and Jacqueline Annamarie of Burlington, NJ; and very special friends, Mary and Robert “Skip” Martin of Monroe.

The family wishes to extend sincere appreciation to Dr. Michael Hand, Dr. Brad Johnson, Dr. Scott Irby, and Dr. Emile Barrow; and to Compassus for their Hospice care.
