Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Charles Wesley (C. W.) Bosely, 93, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 16, 2021, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA, with Bro. Don DeLukie officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Sunday, August 15, 2021, at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe.
Mr. Bosely passed on August 12, 2021, at the Ouachita Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center after a brief illness.
C. W. was a longtime member of Jackson Street Church of Christ in Monroe, LA. He was an auto mechanic for over 55 years. He owned and operated Bosely Service Station for many years on Jackson Street. He loved working in his yard, was an avid fisherman and lived independently and driving until the age of 93.
He was preceded in death by his parents, C.C. and Flossie Bosely; his wife’s, Helen Joy Bosely and Leta Faye Bosely; son, Wesley Bosely; and brother, Fred Bosely.
Survivors: Son, Clifford Bosely; Daughter, Linda Auderer and husband, Ronnie; Daughter-in-law, Windy Bosely; Grandchildren, Wesla Watson (Jim Bob), Ty Auderer (Kris), Josh Bosely (Heather), Brittany Walker (Lance), and Blake Bosely (Alexis); 5 Great Grandchildren; Stepchildren, Nelda Moffett (Jerry), Travis Purdy (Brenna), Gloria Deason (Cleo), Myra Carter (David), and Ron Purdy (Velda); several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Carter, Ty Auderer, Josh Bosely, Blake Bosely, Andrew Wood, and Ron Purdy.
