Charles Edward Russell

Services for Mr. Charles Edward Russell, 70 of Winnsboro, will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2016 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro with Bro. Mickey Gallop officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Memorial Cemetery, near Winnsboro, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Mr. Russell attended River of Life Church. He enjoyed his work, his grandchildren and family, his horse, dogs, loved to fish, and collect knives. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior on October 2, 2016 at 9:30 p.m. at his residence. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernis Edward Russell and sister, Beverly Vivartios.

Survivors include: Son: Charles Russell and wife Kim of Nacogdoches, TX., daughter: Rachael Russell of Nacogdoches, TX and Mike Phillips. 4 Grandchildren: Riley Russell, Mardi Phillips, John Russell, and Caroline Russell. Mother: Annie Laverne Russell

Pallbearers are: Mike Phillips, Dustin Russell, Shane Smith, Wayne Smith, Jeramiah King, Roland Wilson.

Honorary Pallbearers are: Fred Mulkey and John Russell.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11th at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s or the Veteran’s Administration.
