Charles "Chuck" Lenard Norman, Jr.

Graveside services for Mr. Charles “Chuck” Lenard Norman, Jr., 68, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:30 P.M. Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Loch Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery in Monroe, LA, with Rev. William Sikes officiating. A visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA.

Mr. Norman was born, August 28, 1953, in Rayville, LA, and passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021, at his home. Mr. Norman was raised in Choudrant, LA, but was a resident of Monroe, LA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.

Mr. Norman was preceded in death by his father, Charles Norman, Sr.; his mother, Ollene Sutton; Jake Murphy, Shayne Norman, Ryan Breen, Bit Norman, and David Norman.

Survivors include his wife, Melanie Norman; daughters, Lindsey Long (BJ), Amanda Murphy (Travis); grandchildren, Jack, Caroline, Sara Long, Andrew Jenkins, Madison Murphy; sisters, Charlene Brakefield, Lisa Elam (James); brothers, Ernie Norman (Paula), and Donald Ray, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Travis Murphy, Donald Ray Norman, Davey Roberts, Mike Breen, Steve Roberts, and Ernie Norman.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to Caring Hands Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
