Carolyn Francis Turnage Griffin

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Carolyn Francis Turnage Griffin, 75, of Sterlington, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 29, 2022, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe, LA with Rev. Jeff Dunlap officiating.  Interment will follow in the Zion Hill Cemetery in Farmerville, LA.

Mrs. Griffin was born on May 21, 1947, and passed away on November 24, 2022.  Carolyn was a wonderful wife, mother, and Meemaw.  She loved to take care of and serve her family.  Her favorite place to be was with her grandbabies.  Mrs. Griffin was a member of Paron Baptist Church in Sterlington, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Burtis and Vance Turnage; brothers, Lane Turnage and Larry Turnage; and her infant son.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Griffin; sons, Donnie Griffin and wife, Erin, and Michael Griffin; grandchildren, Adrienne Kimball and husband, Carl, Kennedy Green and husband, Hunter, Grant Griffin and wife, Mirsadeez, and Hunter Griffin; 7 great grandchildren, Carson Lucas, Cole Lucas, Brooks Kimball, Fisher Green, Tucker Green, River Green and Rosalie Griffin; 1 niece and 2 nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tanner Coley, Phillip Day, Justin Day, Bradley Turnage, Billy Turnage, and Chris Jones

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
