Tommy Basco officiating. Interment will follow in First Baptist Church Cemetery in Fort Necessity, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Mrs. Stephens was born December 14, 1945 in Winnsboro, LA and passed away August 8, 2015 in West Monroe, LA. Survivors include her sons, Harrel Reeves and wife Judy, and Dewayne Reeves and wife Nikki; grandchildren, Patrick Reeves, Felicia Monfette and Bryan Reeves; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Kyli, Alaina, Joseph and Jaxon; sisters, Joyce McCarty and Lois Hitt; brother, Jewel Burns; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Patrick Reeves, Bryan Reeves, Mitchell Monfette, Mitchell McCarty, Buddy Cowart and Matthew Reeves. Honorary Pallbearer will be Hollis Davis.
