Carolyn Freeman Adair

Funeral service for Mrs. Carolyn Freeman Adair, 84, of Monroe, LA, will be held 2:00PM Saturday, April 24, 2021, in the Mausoleum Chapel at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe with Rev. Woods Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe. Visitation will be from 1:00PM until service time Saturday at the mausoleum chapel.
Mrs. Adair was born on September 24, 1936, in Monroe and died on April 19, 2021, in Monroe. She was a member of First West for over 20 years and enjoyed singing in the choir. Mrs. Adair worked at Dillard’s for over 20 years and loved spending time with her family, planting flowers, and gardens. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Elizabeth Adair; and brother, Robert Curtis Freeman, Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Bobby Adair; daughter, Cathy Thurlkill and husband Richard; and their children, Lizzie and John Thurlkill; daughter, Emily Baker and husband Joey and their children, Michael and Morgan Baker.
