Funeral Services for Carl Ray Knight, 76, Calhoun, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at Living Way Apostolic Church in West Monroe, LA with Bro. Nathan Thorton officiating. Interment will follow in McKnight Cemetery in Holly Ridge, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
Mr. Knight was born July 21, 1940, and passed away June 18, 2017. He was owner and operator of Knights Upholstery. Mr. Knight was a member of Living Way Apostolic Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Tommie Knight; brothers, Wilson Earl and Leroy Knight; sister, Ruby Evans; and granddaughter, Amanda Anne Kirtland.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Betty Knight; four sons, Jerry Knight and wife Antoinette, Kevin Knight, Jamie Knight and wife Tina, Shane Knight; four daughters, Rhonda Kirtland and husband Kevan, Lessie Rowton and husband Shane, Tina Williams and husband Greg, Yolonda Rowton and husband Mark; eighteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons: Michael Knight, Jesse Knight, Zach Knight, Codie Rowton, Curt Jones, Micah Jones, Ricky Rowton, John Mark Rowton, Matthew Kirtland and Michael Kirtland.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at Living Way Apostolic Church, West Monroe, LA.
