Buddy Fletcher

Funeral Services for Buddy Fletcher, 71, of Columbia, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 3, 2020, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Clyde Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Old Bethel Church Cemetery in Clarks, LA.

Buddy Fletcher was born December 19, 1948 and passed away September 29, 2020. He was a very kind and loving family man, and a devoted husband to the love of his life, Missy, and a loving dad with a witty sense of humor. Buddy worked for Southern Tool for 32 years, and he was a great craftsman that could build anything. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, S.E. and Willie Fletcher; and grandson, Justin Levi Beard.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Missy Fletcher; son, Shannon Fletcher and wife Karen; brothers, Steve Fletcher and wife Sherri, and Jimmy Fletcher and wife Peggy; sister, Louise Weaver and husband Roy; grandson, Tate Beard; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Fletcher, Steve Fletcher, Derrick Renfrow, Ronnie McDanell, Wayne Moore, and Robert Linder.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Friday, October 2, 2020, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
